My head hurts. My hands hurt. My e
yes hurt. My shoulders hurt. My butt hurts. I revised and rehearsed the story I’ll be telling Tuesday night all day today. I wrote responses to comments about my online cleanse today. My NaNoWriMo word count is up to 12, 056 as of today. Forgive a lack of clever narrative about today’s food, I am all written out. Suffice to say: that’s all she wrote.
Breakfast: lemon water; oats, apple, ginger, arugula, water, almonds; traditional medicinals chai.
Lunch: rooibos tea; leftover crabcake with ketchup; green beans; baby carrots; cornbread with butter, avocado with dulse. The green beans are from the freezer, part of the summer haul from Graceland Farms.
Snack: lemon tea; cornbread with butter and syrup; apple.
Dinner: water; baked new potatoes with an avocado and olive oil schmear; field greens and pomegranate seeds. I just hand-to-mouthed a fistful of potato chips and a fistful of grain sweetened chocolate chips. I made myself a cup of tension tamer tea. I’m going to go stare at the TV for a bit, then I’m going to bed.
