It’s not everyday I get to uCIMG1174se the big words.  Today was mercurial – it started out gorgeously sunny and warm, ended up overcast and dreary.  My mood took the same swing.  I’m curious to see what tomorrow brings.

Breakfast:   lemon water; oats, cherries, cardamom, almonds, water, arugula; traditional medicinals chai.

CIMG1175Lunch:  peppermint tea; kale, avocado, dulse, black beans, sweet potato, baby carrots, blue corn chips; cinnamon tea, water.  I’m up to 15, 581 words for NaNoWriMo.  Forgive me that I don’t have any leftover to flesh out this post.

CIMG1176Snack:  cinnamon tea; raw cashews; 85% cacao chocolate; pink lady apple.

CIMG1177Dinner:  fried egg; swiss chard with tarragon and chives; sprouted wheat toast with butter.

Snack:  sprouted wheat toast with butter and honey; hot almond milk with cardamom and agave (not pictured).
